North from Glen Rose, not a second studio
Glen Rose has its own square, its own week, and its own county. Team 24 Fitness is not opening a room on the square. The studio is in Granbury at 2461 East US Hwy 377 A, the private training room for Hood County, reached from Glen Rose by coming north on US 67. You train there because you want that coach and that room. You do not train there because a closer copy exists. It does not.
The drive is long enough to change the advice. A plan that assumes you will appear five mornings a week is a plan for someone who lives in Granbury. From Somervell County, the honest week is a smaller number of trips, chosen because each one includes coaching you cannot get by staying home. If you already come north for work or for errands, the studio can sit on that trip. If every visit is extra, we should say so before you buy a dense schedule.
Studio hours are weekdays 5am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm, Saturday 5am to 1pm, closed Sunday. Group class at 5:30am means leaving Glen Rose while it is still fully dark, and it is the wrong default for most people south of the county line. Afternoon personal training and the evening rides are usually the trips that survive. Saturday morning is the sleeper option for a week that cannot give up a weekday.
Who drives up from Glen Rose
The people who make this drive are past the phase of hoping a closer gym will become a coach. They want a program, someone who watches the rep, and a nutrition plan that still applies on the days they never leave town. They might be new to the weight room, or they might have trained for years in rooms where nobody knew if the back pain started at the gym. Both are welcome. Both have to tell the truth about US 67.
The Granbury room is private on purpose. You will not disappear into a hundred people. Group classes stay small enough to correct. Personal training is one to one with Brandon Sledge, with a program, a nutrition plan, and tracking for body weight, muscle, fat loss, and strength. Dawn Skinner teaches group fitness and Cycle 24. If you wanted to be left alone with a barbell, the miles are wasted here.
The first appointment is a free consultation. Use it to say what hurt, what you have already quit, and how many times a week you will actually point the car north. We are not going to flatter a Glen Rose member with a Granbury-sized calendar. A short plan you keep beats a long plan you explain to yourself on the drive home.
Personal training worth the county line
Personal training is the easiest choice to justify from Glen Rose, because the hour is entirely yours. Brandon coaches it in a private setting. The program matches the goal. Nutrition is included so the days you stay in Somervell County do not erase the session you drove for. You can see body weight, muscle, fat loss, and strength instead of guessing from a mirror.
Frequency is the whole consult. Two private sessions a week is a serious program when each one starts with US 67. One session plus a clear plan for food and for what you do at home can also be serious. Four sessions is rarely honest unless you are already in Granbury for work. We will tell you which description is yours. Selling the larger package to a longer drive is how people pay for guilt.
You can book inside the weekday morning block, the afternoon block until 7pm, or Saturday morning. Saturday is often the Glen Rose session that does not collide with a job. If a weekday afternoon lines up with something else you already do in Granbury, stack them so the studio is not its own expedition every time. Say that preference out loud. We can write it down. We cannot guess it.
Group class only if the morning is real
Group classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30 to 6:30am. The equipment is in the room. Dawn coaches the hour. It is an excellent class and a questionable commute from Glen Rose. It fits a member who is already up, already headed north, and can be in the studio before 5:30 without speeding. It does not fit someone who would be walking in at 5:40 and calling that close enough.
When you do take it, the work is strength you will see again, coached closely enough that a bad rep gets interrupted. The class is small. That is the point of leaving a nearer, vaguer option. You are not buying novelty. You are buying a pattern and a person who can change the load when your shoulder is not having it.
Membership is no contract, auto debit. Get the current price on the consult, next to a week that includes the dark drive. The class is not a private nutrition plan. If the morning fails the honesty test, leave it off the schedule. An evening ride or a Saturday session will do more for you than three alarms you start ignoring.
Cycle 24 as a single northbound appointment
Cycle 24 is 45 minutes indoors at the Granbury studio. Shoes are provided. You do not need experience and you do not need to own a bike. The rides are Monday at 6pm, Tuesday at 5:30pm, and Thursday at 5:30pm. A class is $24. Unlimited rides are $149 a month, which assumes you will be in Granbury often enough to use them. From Glen Rose, count the trips before you count the discount.
One evening ride can be the whole week: a hard, timed appointment with a coach, then the drive south. You set the resistance. Dawn sets the effort. You are not racing the bike beside you, so the first class does not require a cycling background. Newer riders and regulars share the room because the work is scaled to the person on the bike.
Leave Glen Rose early enough to be on the bike at the start, not in the lot during the warmup you missed. If the ride goes well and you want strength work on other days, add a private session or a morning class only after the first appointment is boringly reliable. Stacking three new habits on a county-line drive is how all three disappear.
A Glen Rose week that admits the distance
Write the week in trips, then fill the trips with training. A version that holds: two private sessions, one of them Saturday if weekdays are tight. Another: one private session and one evening ride. A third, only if you work in Granbury: group classes on the mornings you are already north, plus one session that is actually about training. Bring those options to the consult. We will delete the ones that require a different life.
Unlimited, three spin classes plus three group classes plus five stretch sessions every week, is a Granbury resident's volume. A Glen Rose member should buy it only when most of those visits are already explained by work or school, not by optimism. Stretch is genuinely useful if your back is the reason you finally called. It is useless as a line item you cannot reach. We would rather you do less, in the room, than own a week that lives on a receipt.
Decide what you eat on the days you do not cross the county line. The training cannot outrun that. Call (817) 683-8347 or use the form. A trainer texts back to set the consult. Tell us how often you already come to Granbury. The program starts from that fact.
Questions from Glen Rose
Do you train in Glen Rose?
No. Glen Rose members drive north to the Granbury studio on East US 377. Team 24 is the private studio in neighboring Hood County, not a second location in Somervell County.
Is a daily class realistic from Glen Rose?
Not for most people. Two or three trips a week is the honest range unless you are already in Granbury for work. The consult will cut the schedule to the trips you will keep.
What should I start with?
A free consultation, then usually personal training or a single Cycle 24 ride. Add the 5:30am group class only if the dark drive north is already something you can do on time.
What do I need to bring up with me?
Training clothes and shoes. Group classes supply equipment. Cycle 24 supplies cycling shoes. You do not need to haul weights from Glen Rose.
